Carpetland has been in business since 1966. We were the first in Ohio to offer shop-at-home service. We recognized early on that homeowners want to see the carpet and other flooring in the rooms where it will be installed – with their specific décor and lighting. We always knew that most people don’t want to spend a lot of time going from store to store, seeing the same products and being frustrated by store personnel who are overworked and not well-informed.
We Do All The Work. Whereas other companies refuse to move and replace furniture or take up old carpet, Carpetland has been offering this service for years.
We do not operate retail outlets, so we don’t incur the costs that retailers have – such as utilities, rent and other overhead expenses. We maintain a small warehouse and office. We place the order for your flooring directly from the mills that ship your order within a day or two. We save our customers 10% to 25% over retail operations.
